What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs are flexible and typically start low per style and color, so both emerging and established brands can work with us. Share your product and quantity and we'll confirm the exact MOQ for your order.
How long does production take?
Bulk production typically runs a few weeks depending on quantity, product type, fabric and customization. We confirm an exact timeline with your quote before you commit.
How long does sampling take?
Sample lead time depends on the complexity of the design and customization. We produce development and pre-production samples for your approval before bulk begins.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, EMS and FedEx. FedEx is used for select destinations including Russia. Delivery terms include FOB and DDP.
Do you offer OEM manufacturing?
Yes. OEM means we manufacture entirely to your specifications — your tech packs, patterns, fabrics, trims and branding produced to your standard.
Do you offer ODM?
Yes. With ODM we adapt existing designs and development to your requirements — customizing fabric, color, fit and finish for your label.
Do you provide private labeling?
Yes — full private label including custom labels, woven tags, hangtags, polybags and packaging, all produced to order for your brand.
What are your payment terms and methods?
We accept Trade Assurance, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Payoneer. Typical terms are a deposit to begin production with balance before shipment; exact terms are confirmed on your quote.
What is the overall lead time from inquiry to delivery?
Lead time is sampling plus bulk production plus shipping. Once we understand your product, quantity and destination we provide a clear end-to-end timeline with your quotation.
