What products can you make?
All kinds of apparel: hoodies and sweatshirts, T-shirts and polos, shirts, denim and trousers, jackets and outerwear, leather jackets, loungewear and sleepwear, uniforms and workwear, sportswear and teamwear, and accessories such as caps, beanies and socks. Several categories can be combined in one order.
Can I design my own apparel?
Yes. Every order is made to your design: choose the garment, fabric and weight, colors and trims, then add your logo, labels and packaging. Send us a tech pack, a sketch or a reference photo with your quantities and we reply with a price.
How do I get the best price?
Price depends on fabric, decoration method and quantity. Share those three details with your design and we quote wholesale prices, with lower unit prices as quantity increases.
How do I know the bulk order will match what I approved?
Before the full order is made you approve a sample, or photos and video of it. While production runs we send photos and short videos of your order to your WhatsApp, so you see it being made to the approved spec.
Can I reorder exactly the same style later?
Yes. We keep your approved fabric, colors, sizes and artwork on file, so a reorder matches your first order. Just tell us the quantities.
Can I order individual retail pieces?
Our production is set up for bulk orders, but you are welcome to ask. Tell our team which styles and sizes you are looking for and we will let you know what is available.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We work on a B2B wholesale basis with bulk minimum order quantities per style and color. MOQs vary by product type and customization. Share your product and target quantity and we'll confirm the MOQ for your order.
How long does production take?
Bulk production typically runs a few weeks depending on quantity, product type, fabric and customization. We confirm an exact timeline with your quote before you commit.
How long does sampling take?
Sample lead time depends on the complexity of the design and customization. We produce development and pre-production samples for your approval before bulk begins.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, EMS and FedEx. FedEx is used for select destinations including Russia. Delivery terms include FOB and DDP.
Do you offer OEM manufacturing?
Yes. OEM means we manufacture entirely to your specifications: your tech packs, patterns, fabrics, trims and branding produced to your standard.
Do you offer ODM?
Yes. With ODM we adapt existing designs and development to your requirements, customizing fabric, color, fit and finish for your label.
Do you provide private labeling?
Yes, full private label including custom labels, woven tags, hangtags, polybags and packaging, all produced to order for your brand.
What are your payment terms and methods?
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards (through Stripe), PayPal, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Trade Assurance. Typical terms are a deposit to begin production with balance before shipment; exact terms are confirmed on your quote.
What is the overall lead time from inquiry to delivery?
Lead time is sampling plus bulk production plus shipping. Once we understand your product, quantity and destination we provide a clear end-to-end timeline with your quotation.
