Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Amkoor Enterprises collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Quote, contact and order forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or team, country and the details of your enquiry or order.
- The kit designer: the design you send us, including any logos you upload, your fabric and size choices, and your contact details.
- The chat assistant: the messages you type, and any contact details you give it.
- Online payments: your payment is taken by Stripe. We receive your name, contact details, delivery address and what you paid, but never your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, make and deliver your order, and keep records of orders. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising by third parties.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers to run the site, and they handle information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores enquiries, designs and orders.
- Resend — delivers the emails that carry your enquiry or order to our sales team, and order confirmations to you.
- Anthropic — its Claude AI model generates the chat assistant's replies, so chat messages are sent to it for that purpose.
- Stripe — processes card payments.
- Google and Trustpilot — where reviews are shown, they are loaded from these services, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's own storage to remember your cart, your design in progress, your chat conversation and whether you closed the offer banner. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
