Orders ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan.
Carriers and transit times
We ship with the carriers below. Transit times are the carriers' typical ranges in business days, counted from dispatch, and are not guaranteed.
- DHL Express: express 6–12 business days, standard 12–14 business days.
- UPS: express 6–12 business days, standard 12–14 business days.
- EMS: express 7–14 business days, standard 10–14 business days.
- FedEx Express: transit time confirmed on the quote. Available for select countries, including Russia.
When your order ships
Custom and bulk orders are made to order, so they ship when production and final inspection are complete. The production timeline is confirmed on your quote. Total time is production plus transit.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the order, the destination and the service. It is shown at online checkout where available, or confirmed on your quote.
FOB and DDP
Under FOB terms you arrange onward freight, and import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility.
Under DDP terms the order is delivered to your address with duties and taxes included in the agreed price.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We send the tracking number by email when the order is dispatched.
Delays and problems in transit
