Terms of Sale
These terms describe how ordering from Amkoor Enterprises works. The quote or order confirmation we send you sets out the specific price, quantity and timing for your order.
Quotes and orders
Prices depend on the product, fabric, decoration and quantity. A quote is confirmed in writing by our sales team, and an order is accepted once we confirm it. Minimum order quantities are confirmed on the quote.
An order request sent through this website is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order, and nothing is charged until you have agreed the price.
Samples and approval
For custom orders we produce a sample or mockup for your approval before bulk production. Bulk production follows the approved sample and specification, so please check fit, fabric, color, artwork, spelling, names and numbers carefully before approving.
Colors shown on a screen, including in the kit designer, are approximate. Where exact color matters, give us a Pantone reference or a physical sample.
Payment
We accept Trade Assurance, Stripe, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer. For custom and bulk orders, payment terms — typically a deposit to begin production with the balance before shipment — are confirmed on your quote. Retail orders placed through online checkout are paid in full at checkout.
Your artwork and logos
By sending us logos, names, crests or designs you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. We do not reproduce trademarks, team or brand marks without the owner's authorization, and may decline an order that would require it.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery times given on a quote are estimates based on the order as specified. Changes after approval can affect price and timing. Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and problems with an order in our returns policy.
