Quality control at every stage.
We build quality into the process rather than checking for it at the end. From incoming fabric to pre-shipment audit, every garment passes through a structured, multi-stage inspection system before it carries your label.
Six checkpoints, from fabric to carton.
Each production run is inspected at six defined stages. Defects are caught early — where they are cheapest to correct — not discovered after packing.
Fabric Inspection
Incoming fabric checked for shade, GSM, hand-feel and defects before cutting.
Cutting Inspection
Pattern accuracy, grain line and panel consistency verified at the cutting stage.
Sewing Inspection
Stitch density, seam strength and measurements monitored in-line during sewing.
Printing Inspection
Print/embroidery placement, color and durability checked against the approved sample.
Final Inspection
Finished garments audited for measurements, appearance and workmanship (AQL-based).
Packaging Inspection
Labels, tags, folding and carton contents verified before export.
We work to international quality standards.
Certification-ready processes and AQL-based inspection give brands the assurance they need — with transparency at every checkpoint.
Process-based assurance
Quality is engineered in, not inspected on. Every order runs through structured checkpoints from incoming fabric to finished carton, with in-line monitoring at each stage.
AQL-based final inspection
Finished garments are audited to internationally recognised AQL sampling standards — measurements, appearance and workmanship verified before anything is approved.
Pre-shipment checks
Labels, tags, folding, polybags and carton contents are confirmed against your export requirements in a dedicated pre-shipment audit before dispatch.
