Custom football kits, made in your club colors.
A football kit has to survive ninety minutes of sprinting, sliding and shirt-pulling, then come out of the wash looking the same as it did on day one. We make match and training kits to order for clubs, academies, school teams and football brands — every panel, trim and print specified by you.
Because each kit is made for your order, nothing is taken from stock and re-badged. You choose the cut, the collar, the fabric and the colors, and your crest, sponsor logos, names and numbers are built into the design.
Football Kits: the range.
Match jerseys
Short or long sleeve, with crew, V or collar necklines, set-in or raglan sleeves, and optional mesh side or underarm panels for ventilation.
Shorts
Elasticated waistband with drawcord, with or without side panels and piping, cut to match the jersey colorway.
Goalkeeper kits
Long-sleeve jerseys in a contrasting colorway, made in the same fabric and to the same design language as the outfield kit.
Training wear
Training tees, bibs, tracksuits, hoodies and polos for travel and warm-up, coordinated with the match kit.
Fabric options.
- Polyester interlock
- The standard for match jerseys: smooth, durable and takes sublimation printing cleanly. Typically 130–160 GSM.
- Micro mesh
- A lighter, more open knit used for whole jerseys in hot climates or for ventilation panels. Typically 120–150 GSM.
- Polyester-spandex
- Adds stretch for a closer, athletic fit. Used for fitted jerseys and base layers.
- Recycled polyester
- Performs like standard polyester and can be sublimated the same way — ask for it when you request your quote.
Logos, names and numbers.
Sublimation is the usual choice for football kits. The design is dyed into the fabric, so stripes, gradients, patterns, sponsor logos, names and numbers add no weight, do not crack or peel, and cost the same however many colors they use.
For solid-color kits, crests and logos can instead be embroidered, or applied by heat transfer or screen print. Woven or silicone badges can be added to either type of kit.
How ordering works
Send us your design from the kit designer, a sketch, a photo of a kit you like or a full tech pack. We confirm the fabric, decoration method and size range, then quote factory-direct.
Once the quote is agreed we make a sample for your approval before bulk production starts. Names, numbers and size breakdowns are confirmed at this stage, so every piece in the order is made for a specific player or size run.

Can every player have their own name and number?
Yes. With sublimation each jersey is printed individually, so names, numbers and sizes are set per player. Send the squad list with your order.
Can you match our existing club colors?
Yes. Send Pantone references or a physical sample and we match the color. A sample kit is made for your approval before bulk production.
Can we order jerseys only, without shorts?
Yes. Jerseys, shorts, socks and training wear can be ordered together as a kit or separately.
What is the minimum order for a football kit?
Minimums are set per design and depend on the fabric and decoration. Tell us your quantity and we confirm the minimum with your quote.
