Gym wear is judged up close: by how it fits, how it feels through a full range of movement, and how it holds up to sweat and repeated washing. We manufacture training wear for fitness brands, gyms, personal trainers and studios, made to your specifications and sold under your label.
This is private label manufacturing from the fabric up. You set the fit, fabric, colors and branding; we add your neck labels, hang tags and packaging so the product arrives ready to sell.

Training tees and tanks
Fitted, regular or oversized cuts, including drop-armhole tanks and stringers.
Activewear sets
Coordinated training tops with joggers or shorts, in matching or contrast colorways.
Hoodies and sleeveless hoodies
Pullover, zip-up and sleeveless styles in fleece or French terry for warm-up and lifestyle wear.
Joggers and shorts
Tapered joggers and training shorts with zip or open pockets and elasticated, drawcord waistbands.
Fabric options.
- Polyester-spandex
- Stretchy, quick-drying and shape-holding. The usual choice for fitted training tops. Typically 140–200 GSM.
- Cotton and cotton-blend jersey
- Softer and more casual, favoured for oversized and pump-cover tees. Typically 160–240 GSM.
- French terry and fleece
- Looped-back terry or brushed fleece for hoodies and joggers. Typically 280–450 GSM.
- Micro mesh
- Lightweight and breathable for panels, tanks and summer tees.
Logos, names and numbers.
Gym wear branding is usually restrained: a small chest or sleeve logo, a back graphic or tonal branding. Screen printing, DTF transfers, silicone and reflective prints, and embroidery are all available.
Private label finishing — printed or woven neck labels, wash-care labels, hang tags and branded polybags — is specified with the order.
How ordering works
Send us your design from the kit designer, a sketch, a photo of a kit you like or a full tech pack. We confirm the fabric, decoration method and size range, then quote factory-direct.
Once the quote is agreed we make a sample for your approval before bulk production starts. Names, numbers and size breakdowns are confirmed at this stage, so every piece in the order is made for a specific player or size run.

Can you add my brand's labels and packaging?
Yes. Neck labels, care labels, hang tags and polybags are made to your artwork as part of private label production.
I'm starting a fitness brand. Can you help with the design?
Yes. Under ODM you can start from one of our existing designs and change the fabric, color, fit and branding instead of developing a pattern from scratch.
Can I get a sample before committing to bulk?
Yes. A sample is made to your specification for approval of fit, fabric and branding before bulk production.
Can you match the fit of a garment I already like?
Yes. Send us the garment or its measurements and we develop the pattern from it.
